Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, rolled to 1/8-inch thickness 3-4 baking apples, peeled, cored, and cut into thin slices 2 tsp. lemon juice
Whiskey Barrel Smoked Sugar 1/4 cup Whiskey Barrel Smoked Sugar, plus more for garnish
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 ½ tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 egg, beaten 2-3 Tbsp. salted caramel sauce, for drizzling
