Sweet Rosemary Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
1 lb. rainbow (or orange) carrots 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Cracked Rosemary
2 tsp. Cracked Rosemary
Salt & Pepper Tableside Seasoning
Salt & Pepper Tableside Seasoning, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay carrots out on a baking sheet and coat evenly with oil, brown sugar, rosemary, and Salt & Pepper Tableside Seasoning. Roast for about an hour or until carrots are easily pierced with a fork.
