2 Tbsp. soy sauce


0.5 lbs. boneless pork cutlets or pork shoulder steaks, sliced into thin strips


1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1/2 small white onion, sliced

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cups diced pineapple

1 cups snow peas, sliced

0.33 cups cashews

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk Midwestern Sweet Barbecue Sauce with soy sauce and Ground Ginger and set aside. In a medium bowl, toss pork strips with Sweet Sesame Stir-Fry Veggie Shaker to coat and set aside. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork to skillet and cook for 2 to 3 min., stirring frequently, until pork just starts to brown. Add onion and bell pepper and cook for 1 to 2 min., stirring frequently, until vegetables just begin to soften. Add pineapple and barbecue sauce mixture to skillet. Simmer for 1 to 2 min., or until sauce thickens slightly. Add snow peas and cook for 1 to 2 min., or until everything is heated through and peas just begin to soften. Remove from heat and stir in cashews. Sprinkle with additional Sweet Sesame Stir-Fry Veggie Shaker and serve.
