Use about 1 tsp. salt-free Cajun Blackening seasoning per pound of meat. Sprinkle Cajun spices on vegetables, salads, and eggs.

To make a hotter version of salt-free Cajun seasoning, add 1/2-2 t cayenne to 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning.
