Calabrian Hot Pepper Hummus

Spicy Calabrian Hot Pepper Paste is balanced by creamy hummus and makes this a great accompaniment to fresh vegetables, sandwiches, and wraps.

Ingredients
Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Minced Garlic (or 4 to 6 fresh cloves, minced)
Mayan Sea Salt
1 tsp. Mayan Sea Salt
Grated zest of 1/2 large lemon
Juice from 1 large lemon
1/4 cup water
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
1/4 cup tahini
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Calabrian Hot Pepper Paste
1 Tbsp. Calabrian Hot Pepper Paste
Italian Herbs
2 tsp. Italian Herbs
Directions
Mix minced Minced Garlic, Mayan Sea Salt, and lemon zest with lemon juice and water. Set aside for 15 min. In a food processor, pulse garbanzo beans with tahini, olive oil, Calabrian Hot Pepper Paste, and Italian Herbs into a coarse paste. Add soaked garlic mixture and process until smooth.
