Mix it with oil and vinegar, and you've got a marinade that surprises in the best way. The tangy citrus and fresh tarragon create a flavor twist that’s fresh, vibrant, and full of flair.

Ingredients
1 to 2 Tbsp. California Citrus Rub 1 tsp. fresh chopped tarragon 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions
Whisk all ingredients together. Pour over your favorite protein (chicken, pork, tofu, shrimp, and fish work well) or veggies (zucchini, squash, onions, asparagus, and green beans work well) to coat. Refrigerate protein or veggies for 1 to 2 hours before removing from marinade and cooking.
Recipe Notes
One batch is all you need to marinate 1–2 pounds of your favorite protein or 3–4 cups of veggies.
