Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 medium onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, chopped
Cubed Crystallized Ginger 2 Tbsp. Cubed Crystallized Ginger, chopped
Ras el Hanout 2 tsp. Ras el Hanout
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt & pepper, to taste 2 cups chicken stock 16 dried apricots or prunes
