Cinnamon Streusel Creamer

So simple, but unbelievably good. You may never use store-bought coffee creamer again once you try this easy DIY creamer recipe. Make it and give it away as a unique holiday gift!

Ingredients
Vanilla Bean Sugar
1/2 cup Vanilla Bean Sugar
1/2 cup water
Supreme Saigon Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Ground Supreme Saigon Cinnamon
1 cup half and half
Directions
Whisk Vanilla Bean Sugar and water together in a small saucepan. Add Supreme Saigon Cinnamon and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let mixture steep for about 20 min. Strain and pour syrup into a jar. Once completely cool, top with half and half then seal the jar. Shake to mix well. Store in refrigerator and use by expiration date on half and half container. Shake before each use.

Use to sweeten coffee or tea. Makes a great holiday hostess gift.
You can use granulated sugar plus 1 vanilla bean (sliced open and seeds scraped) in place of Vanilla Bean Sugar.
