Grilled Mongolian Beef

Ingredients

For the beef: 1 lb. flank steak
Native Texan BBQ Rub 1 Tbsp. Native Texan BBQ Rub
For the sauce: 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2 cup diced yellow onion 1/2 cup soy sauce (or tamari) 1/4 cup honey
Minced Garlic 1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic (or 2 fresh cloves garlic, minced)
1 tsp. fresh minced ginger
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Salt & Pepper, to season 1 Tbsp. cornstarch 4 scallions, sliced on the bias into 1-inch pieces
