Directions
Step 1
Make cocoa paste
Step 2
Mix cocoa and sugar together in a drinking mug. Pour in about 2 Tbsp. of the hot milk and mix together to form a paste. (Doing this helps to dissolve the cocoa and results in a non-clumpy drink.)
Step 3
Finish cocoa
Step 4
Slowly pour in the rest of the milk and mix thoroughly. If needed, add more sugar to taste. Recipe can be multiplied and made in a saucepan to serve more.
