Jerusalem Tomato Salad

Ingredients

2 pita rounds, cut into bite-size pieces 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice
Za'atar 4 tsp. Za'atar Seasoning
2 scallions, thinly sliced
Minced Garlic 1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
Mayan Sea Salt 1/4 tsp. Mayan Sea Salt
Coarse Black Malabar Pepper 1/4 tsp. Coarse Black Malabar Pepper
3 large tomatoes, diced 1 cucumber, diced 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
