Bibimbap is endlessly customizable. Use whatever leftover veggies you have on hand, whether roasted, pickled, or sautéed. We topped ours with a simple fried egg and a drizzle of our Homemade Sriracha.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice


Cooked or pickled vegetables of choice (mushrooms, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, etc.)

4 fried eggs

Homemade Sriracha, to drizzle

Directions

Divide rice evenly between 4 bowls. Top with Korean BBQ Pork, vegetables, and fried egg. Garnish with Toasted Sesame Seeds and Homemade Sriracha.
