Korean BBQ Bibimbap

Give new life to your leftovers with bibimbap, a Korean rice and vegetable dish. Our bibimbap recipe features our Korean BBQ Pork Spice 'n Easy for even more easy flavor!
Bibimbap is endlessly customizable. Use whatever leftover veggies you have on hand, whether roasted, pickled, or sautéed. We topped ours with a simple fried egg and a drizzle of our Homemade Sriracha.

Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
Korean BBQ Pork
1 package Korean BBQ Pork Spice ‘n Easy, prepared according to package directions
Cooked or pickled vegetables of choice (mushrooms, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, etc.)
4 fried eggs
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Toasted Sesame Seeds, to garnish
Homemade Sriracha, to drizzle
Directions
Divide rice evenly between 4 bowls. Top with Korean BBQ Pork, vegetables, and fried egg. Garnish with Toasted Sesame Seeds and Homemade Sriracha.
