Bibimbap is endlessly customizable. Use whatever leftover veggies you have on hand, whether roasted, pickled, or sautéed. We topped ours with a simple fried egg and a drizzle of our Homemade Sriracha.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice
Korean BBQ Pork 1 package Korean BBQ Pork Spice ‘n Easy, prepared according to package directions
Cooked or pickled vegetables of choice (mushrooms, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, etc.) 4 fried eggs
Toasted Sesame Seeds Toasted Sesame Seeds, to garnish
Homemade Sriracha, to drizzle
