Ingredients

1 lb. Penne pasta 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Nantucket Herb & Citrus Rub 2 Tbsp. Nantucket Herb & Citrus Rub
California Basil 1 tsp. California Basil
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 2 yellow squash, sliced into thin half moons 2 zucchini, sliced into thin half moons 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved 10 oz. frozen peas, thawed 1 cup grated or shredded Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino Romano, plus more for garnish 2 tsp. Minced Lemon Peel, or fresh lemon zest 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Salt & pepper, to taste Fresh basil for garnish, if desired
