Longs Peak White BBQ Sauce

A nod to the traditional white BBQ sauce of Alabama, this version has a smoky twist from our Longs Peak Pork Chop Spice. This is the perfect complement to BBQ chicken, chicken wings, ribs, or pulled pork. You can also use it as a chicken salad, potato salad, or coleslaw dressing. It goes quickly, so you might want to make a double batch!

Ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 lemon, juiced
Horseradish Powder
3/4 tsp. Horseradish Powder
Longs Peak Pork Chop Spice
1 1/2 tsp. Longs Peak Pork Chop Spice
Cayenne Chile Powder
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Chile Powder
Directions
Whisk the first five ingredients together until smooth. Add cayenne to taste.
