From Asian to Caribbean to Latin inspired cuisines, this salt can be tossed, sprinkled, or dusted across a wide variety of dishes from savory to sweet. Also great for rimming cocktail glasses. For a chile lime salt, add a teaspoon of Chipotle Chile Powder or other chile blend to one ounce of lime salt.
