3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. Chilean Merquen Seasoning

1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic (or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced)

2 oz. roasted red bell peppers 2 Tbsp. cream cheese 2 tsp. lime juice Salt & Pepper, to season

Directions

Place ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Serve cold or at room temperature. Will keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
