Ingredients

For dough: 2 cups all-purpose flour ¼ cup potato flour ¼ cup nonfat dry milk 1 cup warm water ¼ cup (½ stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
Pure Orange Extract 1 tsp. Pure Orange Extract
2 tsp. instant yeast 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar 1 Tbsp orange zest
Kosher Salt 1 ½ tsp. Kosher Salt
For filling: 1 egg, beaten
Cinnamon Sugar ½ cup Cinnamon Sugar
For finishing: 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
