Poppy Seed Vinaigrette

This tangy and refreshing poppy seed dressing is perfect for a light spring or summer salad. Add feta cheese crumbles for a tangy kick that also adds texture.

Ingredients
2/3 cup vegetable oil 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup honey
Regular Yellow Mustard Powder
2 tsp. Regular Yellow Mustard Powder
Dutch Blue Poppy Seeds
2 Tbsp. Dutch Blue Poppy Seeds
Salt & Pepper Tableside Seasoning
1 tsp. Salt & Pepper Tableside Seasoning
1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles, optional
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Seal jar and shake until well combined. Let sit for at least 15 min. before using. Shake before each use to mix up the poppy seeds. Store, sealed, in the refrigerator.
