Quick & Easy Guacamole

The secret to good guac is good seasoning. You could use any of our all-purpose seasonings in guacamole, but we love the bold burst of salt, onion, and pepper that Mt. Elbert brings to this dish.

Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
Mt. Elbert All-Purpose Seasoning
2 tsp. Mt. Elbert All-Purpose Seasoning
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/4 cup diced tomato
1 Tbsp. diced red onion
Directions
Mash avocados to desired consistency. For a chunkier version, use a potato masher. For a smoother version, use a food processor. Stir in Mt. Elbert All-Purpose Seasoning and lime juice. Gently fold in tomato and onion.
Recipe Notes
Give this guacamole an island flair by using our Cuban Island Spice in place of Mt. Elbert.
