A side of veggies should never be boring, and this recipe proves that adding great flavor doesn't have to be complicated. Substitute in whatever seasonal veggies you have on hand--this would work great with peppers, carrots, new potatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower.

Serving Suggestions

Serve as a side with roasted or grilled meats. Alternatively, serve as a main dish over rice or noodles.
