1 lb. thick-cut bacon 1/2 cup Bourbon Barrel Smoked Sugar
Whiskey Barrel Smoked Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Whiskey Barrel Smoked Black Pepper

Whiskey Barrel Smoked Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay bacon slices out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle evenly with Bourbon Barrel Smoked Sugar and top with Whiskey Barrel Smoked Black Pepper. Bake for 18 to 25 min., or until bacon reaches desired crispness. Cool for 10 min. before enjoying.
