Smoky Ketchup

Ingredients

Tomato Powder 2 Tbsp. Tomato Powder
1/2 cup water
Red Rocks Hickory Smoke Seasoning 2 tsp. Red Rocks Hickory Smoke Seasoning
Liquid Tamarind Paste Concentrate 1 tsp. Liquid Tamarind Paste Concentrate
2 tsp. brown sugar

Recipe Notes

For a sugar-free ketchup, leave out the brown sugar; the ketchup will be much more tart if you do. You can also substitute honey for the sugar.
