Recipe Notes
We recommend Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise for this recipe. It's creamy texture and hint of umami bring out the flavors of the spices and sriracha. A splash of rice vinegar adds a gentle tang that balances the heat and richness.
To make this Vegan, swap in your favorite Vegan mayonnaise. If you don't want it as spicy, skip the sriracha.
