Stir-Fried Chile Mushrooms

These quick pan-fried mushrooms will get gobbled up quickly! Serve them as an appetizer or side to an Asian-inspired meal.

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. coconut oil 4 oz. oyster mushrooms, sliced 4 oz. shiitake mushrooms, sliced 2 tsp. soy sauce (or tamari) 1 tsp. sesame oil 1 Tbsp. choice of chiles: 1 Tbsp. Crushed Red Pepper
Crushed Aleppo Chiles
1 Tbsp. Crushed Aleppo Chiles
White Sesame Seeds
2 tsp. White Sesame Seeds
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
Heat coconut oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook for 7 to 10 min., stirring often, until softened and well browned. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, for 1 more min. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy hot or at room temperature.
