DIRECTIONS:
Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5 to 7 min. until browned. For a lighter soup, drain off fat from beef. Add water and Taco Soup mix to pot and stir to combine. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer (uncovered) for 15 to 20 min. or until broth begins to thicken. Serve immediately.

NOTES:
Top with: Tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, avocado, and lime wedges.
