Directions

Make the sauce:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors combine, and store for up to 2 weeks.

Make the burgers:

Step 1: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2: Divide meat, or weigh out, into four 8-oz portions of ground beef.

Step 3: Without over-handling the beef, form the meat into patties roughly the same diameter as your burger buns.

Step 4: Generously season the patties with West Coast Burger Blend shortly before you’re ready to grill.

Step 5: Place the burgers on the grill, flipping every few minutes. We recommend using a meat thermometer to gauge when the burgers are ready. Depending on the preferred internal temperature level, they will take about 4-8 minutes to grill.

Rare: 120º, Medium-Rare: 130º, Medium: 140º, Medium-Well: 150º

Step 6: Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese shortly before removing from grill and lightly toast buns on the grill while cheese melts. Serve with sauce.
