Whiskey-Glazed Grilled Peaches

Bourbon Barrel Smoked Sugar and salt enhance the juicy sweetness of fresh peaches and the smoky, woody character of your favorite whiskey.

2 Tbsp. unsalted butter 2 Tbsp. Bourbon Barrel Smoked Sugar 2 Tbsp. whiskey 3 peaches, halved and pitted Bourbon Barrel Smoked Salt, to sprinkle Vanilla ice cream, to serve

Directions
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. In a small pot, combine butter, Bourbon Barrel Smoked Sugar, and whiskey over medium heat and stir until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Brush cut-side of peaches with whiskey glaze and grill, cut-side-down, for 5 min., or until caramelized. Sprinkle each peach half with Bourbon Barrel & Hickory Smoked Salt and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serve immediately.
