Spicy Clabrian Hot Pepper Paste is balanced by creamy hummus and makes this a great accompaniment to fresh vegetables, sandwiches, and wraps.



Mix minced garlic, salt, and lemon zest with lemon juice and water. Set aside for 15 min. In a food processor, pulse garbanzo beans with tahini, olive oil, hot pepper paste, and herbs into a coarse paste. Add soaked garlic mixture and process until smooth.

Serving Suggestions

Garnish with more Calabrian Hot Pepper Paste for a final kick of heat. Perfect as a dip with cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers, or olives. Makes a great sandwich spread.
