Ingredients

For cookie base: 8 Tbsp. (1 stick) unsalted butter, at cool room temperature 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract 1 tsp. Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
Pure Almond Extract 1/4 tsp. Pure Almond Extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
Mayan Sea Salt 1 tsp. Mayan Sea Salt
For nut topping: 1 cup nuts (pistachios, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds) 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. choice of cinnamon
Supreme Saigon Cinnamon Supreme Saigon Cinnamon
Ground Indonesian Cinnamon 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted Zest of 1 medium orange For honey syrup: 1/2 cup brown sugar
Honey Powder 1/2 cup Honey Powder
1/2 cup water Juice of 1 medium orange (about 1/4 cup)
