This tart and tangy smoothie will brighten your day. Make-ahead tip: Prep a double, triple, or even quadruple batch of the hibiscus tea base and keep it in the fridge for faster smoothie making during the week.

Hibiscus Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

For hibiscus tea: 2 cups water
Hibiscus Flower ¼ cups Hibiscus Flower
Lavender 1 Tbsp. Lavender (optional)
For smoothie: 2 cups cooled hibiscus tea 2 cups frozen mixed berries ½ apple, diced
Honey Powder 2 Tbsp. Honey Powder (or more to taste)
1 lime, juiced Leaves from 1 sprig of mint (optional)

Recipe Notes

Add 1/2 to 1 cup yogurt for a creamy version.
