3 cups. Rice Chex 3 cups Wheat Chex 3 cups Corn Chex 2 cups Cheez It Crackers 2 cups mini pretzels 2 cups rye chips 1 cup cashews 1 cup peanuts 1 cup unsalted butter, 2 sticks
Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Onion & Garlic Everyday Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Onion & Garlic Everyday Seasoning
Homestead Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Homestead Seasoning
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 250°F and line two sheet trays with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine Chex cereals, Cheeze It, mini pretzels, rye chips, cashews, and peanuts. Gently toss to distribute evenly.
Step 3
Meanwhile in a small saucepan, melt the butter and whisk in the Worcestershire Sauce, Onion, and Onion & Garlic Everyday Seasoning, and Homestead Seasoning. Pour butter mixture over snack mix and gently toss to coat completely.
Step 4
Divide between the 2 sheet trays and bake for 1 hour, tossing every 15 minutes.
Step 5
Cool completely. Store in airtight containers for up to two weeks.
