Peanut-Crusted Beef Kebabs

Combining sweet, warming spices with ground peanuts creates a flavorful crust with a satisfying crunch on these crave-worthy kebabs.

Ingredients
2 lbs. skirt steak, sliced against the grain into thin strips Salt, to season 6 Tbsp. finely ground peanuts
Cantonese BBQ Pork Rub
1 ½ Tbsp. Cantonese BBQ Pork Rub
1 red bell pepper, cut into large chunks
2 scallions, sliced

Directions
Season skirt steak with salt. In a small bowl, combine peanuts and Cantonese BBQ Pork Rub. Coat skirt steak with peanut mixture, pressing to adhere. On metal or presoaked wood skewers, alternate adding skirt steak in an S-pattern and pieces of bell pepper. Preheat grill or grill pan over high heat. Grill skewers for 3 to 5 min. per side until lightly charred and cooked to desired doneness. Garnish with scallions.
