Pomegranate Mule

A vibrant and bold upgrade to the classic Moscow Mule, featuring Pomegranate Molasses for a burst of flavor and a pop of color. Swap vodka for club soda to enjoy it as a mocktail.

Ingredients
Pomegranate Molasses
1 Tbsp. Pomegranate Molasses
2 oz. vodka
4 oz. ginger beer
½ lime, freshly squeezed
4-5 fresh mint leaves
Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
Directions
Step 1
Fill a copper mug with ice.
Step 2
Add mint to a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle the leaves with a muddler, or end of a wooden spoon, just enough to smell the minty aroma.
Step 3
Squeeze lime into shaker and add pomegranate molasses and vodka and mix with a spoon.
Step 4
Fill shaker with ice, cover and shake vigorously.
Step 5
Strain the cocktail into the ice-filled copper mug, then add ginger beer and mix with a spoon.
