While this spice blend is no longer available to purchase online, this recipe lets you recreate it at home! Perfect for seasoning sausage, this blend is salty, aromatic, and slightly spicy. Add 1 Tbsp. per pound of meat to sausage patties or cased sausage.

Mayan Sea Salt
1/4 cup Mayan Sea Salt
Fennel Seeds
1 1/2 Tbsp. Fennel Seeds, ground
Fine Black Malabar Pepper
1 Tbsp. Fine Black Malabar Pepper
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
Granulated Garlic
1/2 Tbsp. Granulated Garlic
2 tsp. paprika of choice:
Smoked Spanish Hot Paprika
Smoked Spanish Hot Paprika
Smoked Spanish Sweet Paprika
Smoked Spanish Sweet Paprika
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a container with a lid and shake to combine. Keep covered in a cool, dark place for up to a year for best flavor.
