Spring Tarragon Shallot Asparagus

Simple and yummy side dish to go with chicken, pork, or beef.

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 small onion, sliced
Ground Coriander Seeds
1/2 tsp. Ground Coriander Seeds
1 bunch asparagus, cut into 4-inch pieces
3 Tbsp. water
Tarragon Shallot Citrus Seasoning
2 Tbsp. Tarragon Shallot Citrus Seasoning
1/2 lemon, juiced
Shredded Parmesan cheese, optional

Step 1
Saute aromatics
Step 2
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion, and Ground Coriander Seeds. Saute for 3 to 5 min. until onions start to turn translucent.
Step 3
Cook asparagus
Step 4
Add asparagus, water, and Tarragon Shallot Citrus Seasoning. Stir and cook 3 to 7 min. until asparagus is heated through and slightly tender (cooking time will depend on thickness of asparagus). Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve warm.
