Onion
Onion is a staple in many kitchens. We offer a variety of dried onion, from scallions to shallots and more. You can substitute dried onion for fresh in many cases. About 5 tsp. of dried minced onion can be rehydrated to equal about 1/4 cup fresh. Granulated onion doesn't need to be rehydrated, simply add directly to your dish!
