Basic Homemade Mustard

Ingredients

Regular Yellow Mustard Powder 1/3 to 1/2 cup Regular Yellow Mustard Powder
3 oz. water 3 oz. apple cider vinegar 1 to 2 Tbsp. honey or agave*
Mayan Sea Salt Mayan Sea Salt, to taste
Options for a seasoned mustard: Chai Cranberry:
Mt. Baker Chai Seasoning 2 Tbsp. Mt. Baker Chai Seasoning
2 Tbsp. dried cranberries Curry Ginger: 4 tsp. Mild Yellow Curry Powder
Sliced Crystallized Ginger 2 Tbsp. Sliced Crystallized Ginger
Mild Yellow Curry Powder (Salt-Free) Mild Yellow Curry Powder (Salt-Free)

Recipe Notes

*The sweetener in this recipe is to balance out the heat from the mustard powder, and does not sweeten the mustard enough to be a honey mustard. Feel free to add more to taste if you like your mustard a little sweeter!
