Sauté potatoes
Step 2
Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, stirring occasionally for 12 to 15 min.
Step 3
Season and finish
Step 4
Reduce heat to medium and mix in seasoning of choice, Garlic Salt, and onion. Cook for 12 to 15 more min. until the potatoes have a golden crust and are cooked through. Serve immediately.
