Caribbean-Style All-Purpose Glaze

This is a great glaze to use on grilled chicken, fish or red meat.

Ingredients
6 Tbsp. olive oil 4 Tbsp. white wine 4 Tbsp. honey
Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt, to taste (optional)
Choose one of these salt-free seasonings:

Directions
Place all ingredients plus choice of seasoning in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently with a whisk until reduced by about a third, creating a thick sauce. Brush cooled glaze on chicken, fish or red meat while grilling, basting frequently.
