This is a great glaze to use on grilled chicken, fish or red meat.

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. olive oil 4 Tbsp. white wine 4 Tbsp. honey

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Mayan Sea Salt, to taste (optional)

2 Tbsp. of one of these salt-free seasonings:

Barrier Reef Caribbean Mix (Salt-Free)

California Citrus Rub (Salt-Free)

Directions

Step 1 Place all ingredients plus choice of seasoning in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently with a whisk until reduced by about a third, creating a thick sauce.

Step 2 Brush cooled glaze on chicken, fish or red meat while grilling, basting frequently.
