Chai-Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

2 cups mixed roasted, salted nuts 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter 3 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey) 1 tsp. ground black tea*
Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Ground Inner Cardamom Seeds 1 tsp. Ground Inner Cardamom Seeds
Vanilla Bean Sugar 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Bean Sugar
Cubed Crystallized Ginger 1/4 cup Cubed Crystallized Ginger, diced

Recipe Notes

*1 tsp. ground tea is about 1 tea bag. If tea is loose leaf, use a spice grinder to grind into a powder. 4 tsp. of Mt. Baker Chai Spice Seasoning can be used in place of both the Pumpkin Pie Spice and ground cardamom. For a cocoa-kissed flavor, replace the Vanilla Bean Sugar with Black Onyx Chocolate Sugar.
