Ingredients

1 lb. flank steak or chicken breast, thinly sliced, or shrimp (whole with shells on) 4 Tbsp. Family Style Fajita Seasoning 3 Tbsp. olive oil 1 lime, juiced 3 Tbsp. neutral oil (like avocado, safflower, or sunflower oil) 1 red onion, thinly sliced 3 bell peppers in a variety of colors, thinly sliced 1 lime, juiced
Makrut Lime Sea Salt 2 tsp.Makrut Lime Sea Salt
Mexican Oregano 1 tsp. Mexican Oregano

Recipe Notes

Choose a neutral oil that has a high smoke point for grilling. Avocado, safflower, or sunflower oil are all great options. Their flavors won’t compete with your spices, and they’re built to handle high temps without smoking out your cookout.
