Mango lassi is a popular Indian yogurt drink that makes a delicious and refreshing addition to any meal or as a sweet and creamy dessert. This recipe lets you customize your lassi with your favorite fruit and adds complexity and flavor-popping power with sweet-spiced Garam Masala and golden Ground Turmeric.

Ingredients

1 cup fruit of choice (mango, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, etc.)

1 cup full-fat yogurt

1/2 cup ice

1/2 cup milk or fruit juice

2 Tbsp. honey or agave




2 sprigs mint, to garnish

Directions

Step 1: Blend

In a blender, add all ingredients except mint and blend until smooth.

Step 2: Garnish & Serve

Pour lassi into 2 glasses and garnish each with a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
