Directions

Step 1: Make simple syrup

In a small pot, bring water, sugar, and Hibiscus Flowers to a boil. Remove from heat. Allow syrup to cool completely before straining and serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Syrup will last up to 2 weeks.

Step 2: Rim glasses

Pour Makrut Lime Sea Salt onto a small plate. Dip rims of two glasses in lime juice or water and then in Makrut Lime Sea Salt to generously coat rims.

Step 3: Shake margaritas and serve

To a cocktail shaker, add silver tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, and simple syrup. Add a handful of crushed ice, seal shaker, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into two prepared glasses. Serve up or over ice.
