Peppermint Chocolate Ice Cream

This peppermint ice cream has a subtle chocolate flavor and a soft serve texture, plus it’s quick and easy with no heating necessary.

Ingredients
1 cup whole milk
Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp. Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
Natural Peppermint Extract
1/4 tsp. Natural Peppermint Extract
Black Onyx Chocolate Sugar
3/4 cup Black Onyx Chocolate Sugar
Mayan Sea Salt
1/8 tsp. Mayan Sea Salt
2 cups heavy cream
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk milk, Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract, Natural Peppermint Extract, Black Ony Chocolate Sugar, and Mayan Sea Salt until sugar and salt have dissolved. Whisk in heavy cream. Cover and chill 3 hours or overnight. Add mixture to ice cream machine and churn for 20 min., or until ice cream is soft-serve consistency. Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2 hours before serving for a firmer consistency.
