About this Spice
These seafood seasonings and fish rubs are ideal for a variety of dishes and cooking methods. Add flavor to marinades or seafood salad, create a compound butter or sauce. Make succulent cedar plank salmon or grilled shrimp.
INGREDIENTS:
2 to 4 Tbsp. Hidden Cove Lemon Garlic Blend
4 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients and use to marinate up to 1 pound of your favorite protein for several hours or up to overnight depending on what you’re marinating.
