Tarator Tahini Sauce

A delectable Middle Eastern sauce that pairs well with lamb.

Ingredients
1/2 cup tahini 1/4 cup water 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
Mayan Sea Salt
1 tsp. Mayan Sea Salt
Ground Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin Seeds
1 tsp. Ground Sumac
Cayenne Chile Powder
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Chile Powder
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions
Place tahini, 1/8 cup water, lemon juice, garlic, salt, cumin, sumac and cayenne in blender and process on high speed. With the blender running, continue adding more water 1 to 2 tsp. at a time until sauce becomes smooth. Add parsley and process to incorporate.
