How to Use
Use California Citrus Rub for a spicy, salt-free seasoning for chicken, give roasted veggies a sweet note with Park Hill Maple & Spice. About this Spice
INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lbs. Salmon filet
2 Tbsp. Park Hill Maple & Spice
Kosher Salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare salmon: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place salmon filet on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush salmon fillet evenly with olive oil. Season with salt, to taste. Sprinkle Park Hill Maple & Spice over the filet.
Bake salmon: Place baking sheet in the oven and rotate after 10 min., continue cooking an additional 10 min. or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.

What spices have no sodium?
Some examples of spices with no sodium in them typically include dried herb blends, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. These should generally be salt-free. In our spice set, we have two herb blends, a maple pepper seasoning and a butcher's rub for meat that are all without sodium.
