BBQ & Grilling

This smoky, salty seasoning complements the best cuts of red meat. When grilling steak, rub the meat with a little Red Rocks before cooking. During the cooking process, a slight charring will develop on the outer layer of the steak, sealing in moisture and flavor.

When you can't barbecue, you can gain the same results by brushing the steak with olive oil, dusting it with Red Rocks, and pan-frying on high heat in a cast iron skillet. Also great for adding color and flavor to chicken and pork.

Spice Tips!

Smoky Shrimp Stuffed Avocados: Toss shrimp in seasoning before searing and spooning inside a halved, pitted avocado.

Smoky Halloumi and Tomatoes: Rub halloumi with seasoning and braise in a stewed tomato sauce.
