Worcestershire sauce powder is a free flowing powdered product made from liquid Worcestershire sauce. It provides a true Worcestershire sauce flavor and aroma to a variety of food products where a liquid version would not work. Shelf life is 2 years when stored in a cool, dry place.
Use as a replacement for liquid worcestershire in homemade rubs and seasonings. Can also be used as straight as a rub or sprinkle for meats and vegetables. Sprinkle on top of tomato juice or bloody marys for added zip. Great for adding Worcestershire flavor to homemade sausage. To reconstitute, blend one part Worcestershire Sauce Powder to 1.5 parts water (by weight).
